HYGROSCOPE P is a powder of 95 % calcium oxide to delay reactivity and is used as a desiccant in PE Masterbatch, PP Masterbatch, Rubber Compounds and PVC Plastisol which are cured pressure less (Micro wave system, LCM, Hot air or Fluid bed).

Moisture which presents in all Plastic, PE, PP, Rubber and PVC chemicals, especially fillers, Calcium Oxide will be absorbed moisture and will change to calcium hydroxide after reaction.HYGROSCOPE P should be used in order to prevent blisters and porosity in the following Plastic and rubber processes:

• PE Masterbatches, PP, Masterbatches, PVC Plastisol….
• Pressure less continuous curing systems like Micro wave, LCM, Hot air, Fluid beds,
• Low pressure curing in the cable industry,
• In cases where the influence of humidity in rubber compounds should be suppressed.
• Industrial application.
