Zinc Stearates
Zinc Stearates Known Zinc Octadecanoate. Stearates Are An Important Part Of Processing Because They Act As Lubricants And Releasing Agents. Polymers Tend To Get Sticky When Heated Above Their Melting Temperatures.
Stearates Can Help Reduce The Friction Between The Polymer And Filler, Metal Or Another Polymer. It Is Hydrophobic In Nature, Provides Excellent Quality & Heat Stability To Finished Product.
It Works As Internal Lubricant As Well Most Powerful Mould Release Agents Amongst All Metal Soaps. Also Works As An Activator System For Rubber Vulcanization By Sulphur & Accelerators.
